1. 1. What is the insulation, really?
   Is it metal on the outside but simple glass wool on the inside, or high-density polyurethane? If it's not polyurethane, your water is cooling down for free while you sleep.
2. 2. What's the interior surface?
   Is it just epoxy paint or genuine glass (enamel)? Painted products peel over time; enamel is for life.
3. 3. Are the warranty terms clear?
   Is it just a 'steel body' warranty, or does it include leak-proofing and corrosion?
4. 4. Spare parts and technical support?
   If a gasket needs changing tomorrow, will you be able to find the manufacturer? Since 1990, we've been here for you.
5. 5. Are the certificates genuine?
   Are the CE and other relevant certifications up to date? These documents prove that it's not "under-the-counter" production.
